Hello, Sailor

Apr 24, 2014 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

Fun card to make – this is the first time I have used the Hello, Sailor Stamp Set – and I am really liking the images in the set!

My color combination here uses Crumb Cake, Marina Mist and Cajun Craze.  The large circle is the 2 1/2 inch circle punch and the layer beneath it is created using the Perfect Pennants die – this is a great die and is on the retiring accessories list!  Don’t miss out!

I used a piece of burlap ribbon, cut in half lengthwise, and a piece of the Natural Chevron Ribbon – so soft and easy to work with!  And, I also added some pieces of Gold Bakers Twine – held together and attached to the card front with a pin from the Vintage Trinkets – these are retiring, too!

It’ always bittersweet when we see the Retiring lists of stamps and accessories – hard to say goodbye to some favorite products, but exciting to think about what new products are coming!!!

Don’t miss out on the retiring products – they are only available while supplies last and can be seen in my online store – just click on my name below to check them out!

I have listed all the products used on this card below – you can click on any picture and you will be taken to my online store to order!  And don’t delay because today and tomorrow are the last two days Stampin’ Up! is offering FREE SHIPPING!!!!  Yeah!!! They very rarely do this – so don’t miss out!

Thanks for visiting my blog today!  Hope you have a great day!
