I have been so honored to be a part of Stampin’ Up’s North American Events Council for the last 18 months.  It’s been wonderful to get to be involved with some of the behind the scenes planning of Stampin’ Up! events and to spend time with the Stampin’ Up! staff. 


The other women on the Events Council have become dear friends – I love each of them and am so thankful for the opportunity to get to know them! 


For the recent Onstage Locals, we were all sent to different locations across the US and Canada – and presented products and projects from the Love What You Do Suite which will be an Early Release for customers starting May 1.  

We decided it would be fun to share some of the projects we created over the next few weeks. 

For our hop today, we are starting with the scrapbook pages we made.  Here’s mine- and who are these lovely ladies?  None other than my North American Events Council friends!

Lots of sneak peeks here of upcoming products!  My scrapbook page starts with a 12 x 12 piece of Mint Macaron cardstock – yes it’s back!!!  

My layout features the gorgeous Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper Stack.  This paper was designed by one of the artists at Stampin’ Up!  The paper has a pearl coating that makes it shimmer!  Gorgeous!  I just cut varying widths and lengths of the different designer papers, and attached them to the cardstock base. 

I used the Love What You Do stamp set for the stamping- both the word images and the floral sprigs.  I placed the Artisan pearls around the page to add some interest, and added a pearlized doily.  I picked up some black ink with my aquapainter and splattered it onto the page.

 The flowers were fussy cut from the designer paper.  My photo doesn’t really do this paper justice- sorry that you can’t see the shimmer! 

 The products I used on my page will be available to customers on May 1.  We will have some exclusive bundles featuring the products in this suite.  And …… the bundles will include some free items, too!
